Refund policy
We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be from Exceptions and must be under "returnable" category, in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us. Please note that returns will need to be sent via mail.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please refer to Return labels section below.

Note: Eligible refunds will only include the product price while shipping fee is non refundable in any case, except for manufacturing defect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as merchandise, body kits) & made-to-order collections. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customer judgement errors such as incompatible parts, “Change of plan” or “No longer needed”. Under no circumstances, a return will be accepted or initiated for these Exceptions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually between 3-10 days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Fees and Charges
A 25% restocking fee will be charged upon all product returns which are not the result of our mistake. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days in their original mode of payment. We do not reimburse for labor cost, service charges, return shipping costs or any other expenses incurred to the consumer.
Return label
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label - paid by the customer. Return labels are at a discounted rate and the cost depends on customer return address and weighted dimensions of the package.
Return label charges will be refunded in case of manufacturing defects only.
Return Instructions:
Verify: Verify that each part number, quantity and reason for return is correctly communicated to support@mightytechstore.com.
Returning anything other than what is on the list may result in additional charges, or may cause the item to be lost.
Pack: Put the parts in manufacturer's packaging in the shipping box as received. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Returns will not be accepted if the part, or the manufacturer's box, is missing or damaged while in transit to our warehouse.
Customs & Handling: Make sure you pre-pay all the customs, duties and Special Handling Fee in the shipping label, our warehouse is not able to pay for any incurred charges at delivery.
Ship: Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the shipping box. Remove or cover any existing labels on the shipping box. Take the package to the carrier specified on the label.
Returning parts to a different address will result in additional charges or may cause the item to be lost.
Wait: We will issue your refund within 3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. We will email you as soon as the refund has been issued.
We reserve the right to deduct any applicable damage fees due to unboxing, installation wear or shipping by the customer.
We only reimburse 100% of your return shipping expenses if the product has manufacturing defect.
